Our In-house Chef Irvin's take on the signature dish of Yucatan. Tender and succulent pork, hand-rubbed in achiote and sour orange then braised in banana leaves.

Beef short rib and chuck braised to tender perfection then seared to a crisp on the plancha. Topped with our pistachio calamansi chimichurri and Korean pear salsa rojo.
Toyo-mansi marinated chicken topped with Korean pear salsa rojo, cilantro, and pickled red onions.
A larger taco (6" taco) stuffed generously with Angus short rib and brisket Birria. Our Birria is braised in a shiitake and dashi broth then simmered with a Birria chili paste (made by our chef Luis!) to make our unique and yummy creation. All tacos come with cheese, onions, cilantro, and a 2oz cup of consommé.
Breakfast in the Yucatan! Fresh fried tortilla chips tossed in cochinita consommé then topped with shredded jack cheese, Chef Irvin's Cochinita Pibil, and over-easy egg, avocado, pickled onions, and cilantro.
